On the top of the list of Things I Will Miss about California:
our beautiful, no-maintenance, bountiful meyer lemon tree (though the 80 degree January day ain't so bad either!)

Oh, that lemon tree... I'll miss it too. I still have one lemon from my trip to see you in November. I'll never forget the lemonade CG squeezed from those fresh lemons (practically to the point of exhaustion, I think) for Zoe's second birthday party. Yum!
oh... you have made me miss our grapevines, our giant pomegranate tree/shrub, and plum trees. not that much of it was too edible by the time we dealt with it, but being surrounded by fresh real fruit always felt so nice. :)
